#3 Potato Chips
Potatoes are rich in a carbohydrate that hydrolyzes and turns to glucose after coming in contact with the saliva present in the mouth. This causes the occurrence of a simple but potentially harmful type of cavity. Furthermore, it decolorizes the teeth and harms the enamel of the teeth. Rinsing of the mouth and ridding the teeth of any of the morsels in your mouth is highly recommended.

Alcohol isn’t only harmful to your liver and skin. It is also extremely degrading towards your oral hygiene and health. It dries your mouth out; thus the saliva leaves your mouth. Saliva is a natural protector of the teeth. It also helps to keep the enamel intact and fights early oral diseases. Thus avoid alcohol and drink plenty of water for healthier teeth.
#1 Dry Fruits
Although dry fruits are extremely healthy for the body, the same cannot be said for their oral benefits. Many of the dry fruits are soft and thus stick to the teeth. There, they harm the enamel and produce glucose that can cause cavities. It is therefore recommended that we brush immediately after snacking on these fruits. And also that we eat natural versions.
